The South Carolina Jewelers Association is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the education, welfare amd advancement of the retail jewelers in our state. Our goal is provide educational programs and services to improve the knowledge and skills of our members who share common interests and goals in growing their business. Our efforts enable our members to receive benefits that would not be available as individuals. SCJA promotes professionalism and high ethical business standards across the jewelry industry.
Spring is here and the days are getting longer so that means our convention is just around the corner! It’s hard to believe but it’s true. The Annual Convention is a highlight that we look forward to every year and we're looking forward to another great weekend at Myrtle Beach. We are joining with the North Carolina Jewelers Association again this year at the Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes April 23th -25th.
We believe the opportunity to share resources allows us to provide superb education, a beautiful convention location, entertainment and networking for our retail and associate members. We hope you will join us as we reconnect with old friends, exchange ideas, and meet new members.
We have a full weekend planned for you beginning with Hospitality Friday night, seminars by Scott Hagwood on Memory and Jim Fiebig on Gem Lore and roundtables on everything from pearls to photography. The annual Bulova Golf tournament will be held Saturday afternoon at the private Member club, followed by the Discovery Room and an evening of dinner and dancing at the President's Banquet.
